We have options. Whatever your needs, we can handle them – from fast online HSA enrollment, to employer group file, to simple paper forms. And everything in between.

Step 1: Prior to Enrollment

Your employees have access to a variety of online tools including HSA basics, frequently asked questions, contribution and investment options, and educational tools to better understand HSAs.

Step 2: Time to Enroll

UMB will provide your company with a specific UMB HSA website address and an Employer Verification Number that will allow you to direct your employees to your health savings account enrollment site. During the online enrollment process, UMB will perform an instant identity verification procedure as required by Federal law.

Step 3: Enrollment Confirmation

After the customer information is verified and the HSA enrollment process is completed, the new accountholder will receive confirmation that the UMB HSA has been opened. This confirmation also informs the new accountholder (your employee) that a UMB HSA Welcome Packet, including the account number and HSA debit card(s), should arrive in the mail within five to seven business days.
